Warehouse

Although my name sounds like an old dusty storehouse, the reality is I’m a foodie. I am Warehouse, a well-furnished and sophisticated dining place in the heart of Islamabad. I’m new to the city but I think I play my part by serving delicious and classic Bistro food along with mouthwatering cheesecakes. My menu is quite expensive but so is my worth!  The best I can offer is the Pit Master Burger. You’ve got to visit me at Shop # 3(Next to Meat One), Block # 13, Main Jinnah Super F7, and Bhittai Rd, Islamabad. Oh by the way, Cash, Visa & MasterCard works fine with me! Keep in mind that with this much bun to burger, you want more to bite!

 

 Warehouse is one of the new places in Islamabad offering big n’ bouncy burgers and creamy cheesecakes in town. A minimalistic L-shaped dining hall equipped with sophisticated furniture and contemporary soft rock music in the background. The entrance door made of heavy metal with bolts and nuts all over it is the first sight of the restaurant which is accompanied by glass walls. The roof is covered with yellow pipelines which complements the staff’s helmets and their construction labour uniform. It indeed has a master class ambiance of a ‘Warehouse’ reflecting the vibe as of both formal and just the right amount of informal.

Chicken Toasties

Yes, it’s moderately expensive, and yes, it will be full of a bunch of Embassy people and the local white collar class. But as much as Warehouse is a formal dining restaurant, it's also great for simply having a good time with some good friends over a piece of DASH cheesecake.

The exclusive feature of Warehouse is its unique healthy cooking techniques. ‘’No one in Islamabad cooks their steaks and burger patties the way we do’’ proudly said, Ali Arslan. Mr. Arslan is the Executive Chef & Manager at Warehouse. ‘Sous-vide’, a French cooking method is a technique in which food is sealed in a vacuum-sealed plastic pouch then placed in a water bath or in a temperature controlled steam environment. This technique has the ultimate intent to cook the item evenly, ensuring that the inside is properly cooked without overcooking the outside, and retain moisture. This method helps in avoiding any cross contamination of germs in vegetables and meat as well. The modern eatery’s menu leans more towards French bistro flavour while the desert section have monumentally delicious cheesecakes and brownies.

Warehouse has the goal of catering to the cultural diversity residing in Islamabad.

The concept of Mason jars was introduced by this restaurant in Islamabad serving their tempting and appealing flavour enriched chillers, shakes and smoothies. The initial plan of the owner was to open a diner for middle class salaried customers but their techniques, taste and quality called out to the elites in town.  Warehouse cater more to French taste buds in the area and American foreigners as well, as our food has a balance of herbs and spices.

Warehouse has the goal of catering to the cultural diversity residing in Islamabad. The food offered here is more of a bistro-French cuisine but they also have an ‘’Insta Cart’’ project progressing with an aim to provide desi items in a versatile manner including Samosas & Kulfi (Two of the most famous and delicious snacks of Pakistani culture). They further plan to have ‘The Thai’ in F10, a nearby sector.

The menu has crunchy appetizers and healthy salads followed by tantalizing entrée and main course dishes of chicken, beef, pastas and burgers. Coffee and shakes are on the beverage’s menu as well hence, roasters is a guaranteed place to be fed to the limit. The restaurant is most of the time with youngsters during lunch hours but at dinner time families tend to come at the restaurant because of its comfortable and cozy environment. Roasters have been famous for maintaining its quality of food since day one. The standards of cooking and presenting have never been compromised. This unique quality differentiates roasters from other restaurants of Islamabad.
