Welcome my dear people of Islamabad. Welcome to the red temple of peace and delightful food. China Town is what my tribe call me. I’m 20 years old which means I'm quite old and experienced in my part of the diners' world. I’ve seen the nature of this city to grow from seedlings to trees. I welcome all kind of humans with scented candles and mystic music.
I belong in the F/8 , street 52. Pay me a visit sometime soon with some quality money and you will leave with memories of great food and worthy moments. I offer Szechuan Cuisine which is one of its kind here in Islamabad. Mongolian Fire Pot is my specialty which will leave you astonished. My manners are finest and my taste is distinctive.

Hot & Sour Soup
China Town is among the finest Chinese dining places in the capital for the last 25 years. No other competitors have been able to beat the mouthwatering taste as well as the commendable ambiance of the restaurant. At first glance the restaurant appears to be a small regular place, but a closer look reveals a quaint, quirky eatery; Chinese-style dining in its truest form.
The best feature of China Town is that they are the first in Pakistan to introduce Szechuan Cuisine. Szechuan food is a typical spicy Chinese taste also known to be very flavorful. This cuisine incorporates a lot of garlic and chili peppers which makes it one of its kind.

The entrance is a big black door with red wind chimes and friendly staff to greet and guide. Scented candles in the lobby gives a soothing aromatic environment along with Chinese instrumental music. The overall prominence of the restaurant is due to the warm hues of red, maroon and gold. The wooden floor present a stark contrast with the dull coloured walls. The red goblets at every table symbolizes the Chinese customs.
The main hall has an oversized glass window at one side while the other wall has a painted beautiful Chinese woman with her fan over her face. The stairs have paintings of Chinese warriors and candles lighting the staircase. Lamps and Red goblets contributes a lot to the Chinese-like ambiance of the place. Curtains are not seen anywhere in China Town rather, wooden blinds cover the windows and wooden separators are present with Chinese symbols carved in them.


The cuisine is selective Szechuan dishes with unique spicy flavors enriched. Their hot n’ sour and chicken mushroom soup are extremely light delicious and foamy. The soup has a well-prepared stock base and flavors that sing; there is no misuse of seasoning to mask the other ingredients. Prawns and fish items are well seasoned and cooked just to the right amount hence being very innovative entrée’s with the glaze of sauces upon them.
The Chow Mein has stir fried noodles with vegetables, chicken chunks and sauces to energize the taste buds. Glass noodles, peanut sauce, prawns, squid, chicken, and vegetables — all immersed in this piping hot fire pot, this meal can be cooked to each individual person’s spice level. Mint margaritas are chilled and minty to perfection which compliments the spicy Szechuan eatery. The quantity is immense which is enriched with quality taste so over all China Town is quite an impressive fine dining place.
